Joseph Philmore Harrison is an agricultural educator whose interest in agriculture was shapped as a high school student at Philadelphia's W.B. Saul High Schoool ofAgricultural Sciences an subsequenly at Tuskegee University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Agri-business Educaion. Joe went on to earn a master's degree in Extension Educaion at Penn State University. Joe has enjoyed a 35-year career with the United Sttes Department of Agriculture. Joe lives with his family outside of Philadephia, Pennsylvania.
